The loft you see is extra, the same with the owners. Thanks to Astrid and Jose we spent a very nice month in Akumal.The pictures are really describing the loft so do not be afraid to rent from these two wonderful persons who will always answer any questions you might have, and you can be sure to enjoy your stay.
Astrid is extremely helpful and a responsive host. Great value for money. Nice unit in a secure gated country club, with easy access to the pools and other amenities ($). The unit is open concept, bright with a nice view of the jungle and golf course. It has basic kitchen necessities and some beach accessories. The wifi is fast and reliable. The unit itself is showing some small signs of wear, in need of updating. A car is almost a necessity. TAO is a friendly and welcoming community and enjoyed our stay there.
We have stayed at Astrid’s loft twice and are already booked there for a month in 2024. We love Tao and our location is perfect.
Our balcony overlooks one of the greens on the golf course and the two swimming pools are just walking minutes away. Astrid’s loft is well-equipped, very comfortable king bed and sectional and dining table and chairs on the balcony. We have not encountered any issues when there and Astrid responds very quickly if we have questions. What we love most about staying here is that it is quiet and beautifully lush. But…..if you want to experience the beach and more action, you
can catch the free trolley several times a day to take you across to the ocean. We do this somewhat regularly during our stay. The grounds are well-cared for and the whole area is spotless. We so appreciate the reasonable price that Astrid charges and feel lucky to be able to have this wonderful getaway in the winter.

"Great value for money. Extremely helpful and responsive host. Nice unit in a secure gated country club, with access to excellent amenities. Blazing fast wifi. The unit itself is showing some small signs of wear, such as cupboards that don't stay shut when closed, and a few cracks that ants like to enter through. Despite a few maintenance items requiring attention, I would stay here again. I had some of the best sleeps of my life at this property."
