Nice apartment, exactly as described. Very clean and came with all amenities needed for a week’s stay. Property manager Jose was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Peaceful, quiet place. New construction with comfy beds, nice furniture and ice-cold air conditioning if you need it. Great view of the jungle from the rooftop and balcony. The place is so quiet the birds are usually the only thing we heard. We had our choice of the rooftop pool, another one that made you feel like you're in the jungle and another one down near the beach. Good idea to get a car for excursions to Tulum and Playa del Carmen. Stop at the Chedraui grocery store in nearby Puerto Aventuras (on the way) to stock up. The place has a cool rooftop patio with a grill. Within walking distance, I recommend the Santamar Beach Club. Excellent food, right on the beach and it has its own pool. The Beached Bikini bar is an easy walk but the food isn't as good. Short walk for swimming or snorkeling in the ocean. There's also a secret cenote nearby. We had it all to ourselves for snorkeling. It's not on the map, so ask a local. Jose is a great host. I highly reccommend this place.

We’ve traveled extensively around the world, I must say if you are looking for a place to relax and be totally stress free, this is your place. Here’s are all the basics facts: quiet, super clean, a/c all quiet and works great, awesome bed, modern yet comfortable furnishing, all new and full size appliances like washer/dryer, fridge, dish washer, microwave, range/oven, etc. kitchen is fully stocked including coffee machine, toaster, cups, plates, utensils, etc. The bonus: roof top pool with ocean view, ground pool and beach club pool, all have clean bathrooms and showers. The floor throughout the unit (indoor/outdoor) has a very slight texture which feels great on your feet and safe for young and old. The huge patio with serene jungle view with no obstructions and the roof top patio has teak table and chairs in shaded area. The minor issues with water due to the environmental sensitive setup were all resolved within the hour. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ property and fast response from PM👍👍👍👍👍
